Where did all your Jinger Jack products go?

They’re still right here on our site. Jinger Jack has changed its name to ZEMP. You’ll still be able to get all the exquisite high-quality leather products you want through NetFlorist, all that’s changed is the name.

Why doesn’t my leather product doesn’t look like the picture?

Leather is a natural product, this means it will have slight variations and imperfections and its colour may potentially differ from product to product. These variations are what makes leather so special as no two people can ever own exactly the same leather product; yours is unique! If you feel your product is significantly different from the image or damaged in any way, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Why doesn’t my wooden product look like the picture?

We may be excellent florists, but even we can’t control the way the grain of a tree’s wood develops. Wood is an all-natural product, which means slight variations occur between products. These differences give wooden products character and authenticity. When we add any type of personalisation onto wooden products the exact colour and consistency of the engraving will vary depending on the grain of wood.

Why are the edges of my slate product not straight?

Slate is not a man-made product so variations may occur from product to product. Your slate product has imperfect edges because of the mining methods used.

My stone gift doesn’t look like the picture, why?
